We are often asked by clients to review, document and benchmark their operational processes against our industry knowledge, experience and best practices.

This involves us collecting information and data to compile process flow charts for individual points of operational focus or complete business streams. We then use our understanding and expertise to determine what efficiency gains or improvements can be made and present these findings to the client as a list of recommendations.

As a result of this work PPS is frequently engaged to prepare business cases for adopting these recommendations and for project managing the implementation of these changes.

  • Proposing and costing strategy, tactics and/or operational fixes
  • Providing a delivery project plan
