Jacuzzi UK is one of the largest and fastest growing Bathroom and Spa manufacturers in the UK today, manufacturing shower enclosures, sanitary ware and acrylic baths. Jacuzzi UK markets four key bathroom brands: Jacuzzi, B C Sanitan, Niagara and Vernon Tutbury. It also manufactures own label product for a number of large multiples and export markets.

Jacuzzi UK initially engaged PPS to conduct a detailed review of the end-to-end supply chain, including product planning, warehousing, customer service and distribution. The resulting report and strategic overview outlined significant and achievable annual cost savings.

The client consequently retained a PPS professional as Interim Logistics Director to deliver the recommended changes over a nine month period. Within a three month timescale, we implemented significant new warehouse technologies and bar coded picking. We worked with Jacuzzi UK 's Commercial team and with a strategic client/partner to implement warehouse consolidation.

Throughout the work, PPS established meaningful key performance indicators that will support the effective management of Jacuzzi UK 's variable costs and productivity into the future.
