East Ltd is a designer of quality garments and accessories for women. The company has over 60 stores and concessions across the United Kingdom.
East engaged PPS to conduct a short, diagnostic analysis of the company's supply chain, specifically addressing the 2005 Christmas peak trading period. Through interviews, and examinations of warehousing, and buying and merchandising, we provided East with a short term plan enabling them to maximise warehouse capacity for the season with minimum cost incurred.
