The Bear Factory Ltd
The Bear Factory is a leading retailer of top-range, personalised soft toys. At the time of project, The Bear Factory had 30 outlets in the UK and five franchised stores overseas.
PPS undertook a complete end-to-end business review of The Bear Factory supply chain across the UK and abroad. The review encompassed product development, procurement, physical distribution, sales order processing, third party logistics contracts, franchising and licensing. Through this analysis we were able to provide Main Board directors with a strategic change management plan detailing business improvements to enable The Bear Factory to achieve its forecasted growth over the next two years.
PPS subsequently oversaw changes across the entire supply chain. This included sourcing services, freight and logistics management and deployment of a wholesale order processing system.
